Mr. Fitzgerald is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor, a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and a certified appraiser from the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). In addition, he is also a licensed real estate broker.
Andrew graduated in 1986 from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a B.S. degree in Construction Administration and participated in the nationally-renowned Graaskamp Real Estate Program.
David has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Minnesota State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of North Dakota. He is a retired member of the Minnesota Bar Association, attended the National Bank-sponsored Annual Workshops on closely held business interests from 1984 to 2015, and has completed the American Society of Appraiser’s Business Valuation curriculum.
With over three decades of construction experience in key markets including the Washington D.C., New York City and San Francisco Bay metropolitan areas, Mr. Donohue has been involved in extensive ground-up and large structure rehabilitation projects. He has also led property improvements and repositioning in the development and construction of affordable housing. In addition, he has been instrumental in delivering a range of mid-rise, high-rise, podium, medical/food lab, TI and trading floor projects.
Rocco has worked for large money center banks including Citibank and Bank of America (Seattle) as well as local Los Angeles regional banks including Cal Fed, Redwood Bank (SF), Community Bank, Wilshire Bank and Pacific Premier Bank.
Rocco has managed loan workout departments and loan origination departments including as a team leader restructuring nationally syndicated loans ranging from $50MM to $400MM. As a result, I am familiar with loan origination and foreclosure/liquidation rules and procedures in various states including California, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, New York, Texas and Florida.
Rocco’s expertise included shutting down and liquidating the bank’s Los Angeles Mortgage and Construction Loan operations.
Rocco has sold bulk note sales to institutional buyers as well as single and small package note sales to individuals. Rocco has managed and sold various commercial real estate projects including a sod farm in Florida, Hotel in Toledo, anchored shopping center in Alaska and various multi-family and retail centers throughout the United States.
Rocco has assisted banks with complicated workouts, note sales including packaging performing and non-performing portfolios for bulk sale and placement of otherwise unbankable loans. Rocco has testified as an expert witness representing banks who were sued by their borrowers for various alleged irregularities in the banks’ lending and asset management practices.
In January 2023, Connor was promoted to Braun’s Director of Marketing and Real Estate Services. In this elevated position, his primary responsibilities encompass spearheading critical corporate initiatives while simultaneously overseeing the growth of Braun’s cutting-edge WorldBid Auction platform.
Beyond his professional achievements, Connor is President and Co-Founder of Manhattan Beach Cars and Coffee.
